DELIVERY POLICY

General information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

Delivery location & Time

We deliver our Products to all Emirates within the UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within Dubai shall be in 2 – 3 working days and from 4 to 8 working Days to other Emirates.

Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

Shipping cost

Dubai delivery fees will be a flat rate of AED: 20 and Delivery Fees to other Emirates vary based on the exact location and will be mentioned upon checkout.

Additional Service for an extra 20 AED will be added if you wish to order 2 different sizes to choose from.

Damaged items in transport

If you receive your item damaged, please ensure you send us an email to UAE.seaside-avenue.com and or send us a picture to our WhatsApp number. Please give the item back to the courier service and we shall send you a new replacement.
