Refund and exchanges policy

Exchange and refund requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

The item should be in the same condition you received it. It should not be used or damaged.

The item should be unworn otherwise it will no longer be qualified for a refund or exchange.

Make sure the package has no missing items, including price tags, labels, original packing in order to complete your return. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that the delivery charges will not be refunded.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment excluding the delivery fees.

However, bear in mind that the amount may take time to reflect in your card statement, depending on your card provider.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Items that have been already shipped can be returned, but delivery and return fees will apply and will be deducted from the total. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds might take up to 45 days to be cleared by the bank.  Please get in touch with us if you didn’t receive the refund by then.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items can’t be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect size . In one of these cases please send us an email at uae@seaside-avenue.com, and we will process your request.
